PRESIDENT, The undersigned is the son of your good friend, Benjamin Almeda Sr. an inventor, whom you have met in the Philippines on your first trip there as then Vice President. I would like to beg for your help in behalf of my sister in law , HELEN BANTUG who arrive here in Seattle last october 22, 1969 as a tourist. The Bureau of Immigration here in Seattle gave her up to July 31,1970 to stay. I beg your good office Mr. President to please extend her stay here in Seattle up to December, 1970, for I was the one who will shoulder her air fare, I was just layed off from Boeing last February, and being a father of three children, I think its only before the end of December can I save the $460.00 needed for her air fare.
