I join with all Philadelphians in extending this invitation to you and to Mrs. Ford to join us as we mark America's 200th birthday M9 are in ceremonies at Independence Hall on Sunday, the Fourth of July. We ask that you deliver the keynote address to the nation on that solemn occasion. // The ceremonies will begin at 10:00 a. m. and end at noon.
