Dear Mrs. Bush,
- Here is a very special broccoli recipe that I invented.
I am cartain that if you make broccoli this way, your husband
will love it. Even if he doesn't, I'm sure that you'll enjoy
it.
Sincerely,
Carlo Cacioppo
INGREDIENTS
2 cups cooked broccoli
3 cloves garlic
cup chopped black olives
pound spaghetti
pound provolone cheese
cup grated romano or parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped parsely
1 cup cream
1/4 cup olive oil
Saute broccoli (cut up) with the garlic (pressed) and the
olives in a frying pan with olive oil.
Cook and drain the spaghetti. Mix with the broccoli saute
and set aside.
Melt the cheeses with the cream and add the parsely. Simmer
the mixture until smooth and creamy.
Mix all the ingredients together and serve.
