Coldwater, Michigan 49036 USA February 16, 1990 S.Kelleys President George Bush 6100 Pennsy vania Ave. Washington, DC 20501 Dear President Bush, Would you like to help the 150 medical and 58 dental schools in the U.S.A. by writing a letter to the Prime Minister of India? On August 17, 1985, they put a ban on the export of human bones and this item is the foundation of medicine and dentistry! Dr. Guth of the University of Maryland, anatomy department, wrote Dr. Yates at the Tulane Medical School, who is chairman of all the anatomy departments in the U.S.A., to ask permission for Kilgore to have the remaining cadaver materials after the class is finished each year but the plan was ruled out as trucks carrying this cargo would have to declare at too many state lines. The bones must all be sold to others needing the product. I have written to all medical schools worldwide to locate a new source without receiving any encouragement. Nigeria said it could start a race war if it became known I had a native's skull in my little black box. Ethiopia asked for money to finance the deal but when I asked how much and for what equipment, the reply was "you Americans only want the easy job!" Moscow decided to go into this business but offer at wholesale price 30% higher that I sold at retail and they have no idea of how to degrease the bones! On the other hand, India has a population of a billion people. Burial in the Hoogly River means feeding the fish and polluting the drinking water. The doms do a perfect clean-up job but being the lowest caste can find no other employment. Dr. Auzoux has exclusive for all France. If you would write to the Indian Prime Minister to allow Kilgore International to have exclusive on these osteological materials, I would again offer them at the pre-ban prices. I send a few testimonial letters for your consideration Hoping you will help by writing a nice letter to India. Thank you. Sincerely, Chan Rhlyons Charles R.
