Ellen Clark Mallernee to President Clinton re: Grandfather’s American Flag

CL children Dear Mr. President, July. 4th My Grandpa died about 4 years ago, He was in the service so he had a flag on his coffin. My mom brought the flag home and put it on a shelf in our closet, I think it would be as perfect to use the flag a table cloth to hold our hot dog buns, baked beans etc. 20 for our party in which But the encyclopedia says people are coming to. that the flag cannot be used to hold anything IT IS FORBIDDEN! So then I say why don't we mount it on our porch some how to let everybody see it, we have no way to mount it thats PROPER! I'm mad because I have a big peice of red white and blue material not, being used. We're letting go to waste because it has no PROPER way to be mounted.
