FREEMAN Subsequently, I reviewed a draft of the program proposal REV. WILLIAM GRAY DR. FRANK W. HALE, JR. and provided the Governor with a number of comments, REV. JAMES HALL MAYOR RICHARD G. HATCHER many of which have now been incorporated into the current CHARLES A. HAYES draft outlining the program. REV, CAMERON JACKSON REV. JESSE L. JACKSON NANCY JEFFERSON DR. D. E.. KING The program, as you know by now, is based upon the REV. S. BILLY KYLES THOMAS LEWIS premise that the ultimate solution to one of the major WILLIAM LUCY problems of the country--youth unemployment--is a planned, MARY MASON CIRILO McSWEEN closely coordinated and carefully managed program requiring REV. JERRY MOORE MATTHEW MOORE specific commitments from all sectors of a local community. REV. OTIS MOSS Governor du Pont has obtained such commitments from BARBARA PROCTOR DR.
