We wish to express our sincere thanks and gratitude for your Proclamation of February 19, 1976, which formally termi- nated Executive Order No. 9066. With fervent prayer, we hope that no such executive order or any congressional acts will ever be enacted in the future which will perpetrate and deny the constitutional rights and due process of law to anyone or to any group of people in this great country of ours.
