C. Dear Mr. President: This week there have been many observations of unidentified flying objects in this region, by responsible persons, all giving similar descriptions. In view of the tremendous significance of this phenomena, it is long past time that the Air Force regulations of secrecy be lifted -- and this whole subject be given proper scientific investigation. The performance of your administration continues to be brilliant. I am very proud that I had the opportunity to work for your election.
