Andrew Bullock to President Clinton re: Excessive Punishment

I have read about the American Revolution for about three years now, and 1 haven't thought much of it. But when 1 got punished excessively last weekend, 1 began to wonder, isn't there an amendment which states this as unconstitutional ? looked it up and 1 found these amendments on my side: Amendment 1 Amendment 4 Amendment 5 Amendment 8 Amendment 9 Amendment 14 I also looked up some articles of the Constitution that support my case: Article 6 144-70-0 I was born in the United States, so doesn't that make me a citezen?
